On March 2, 2024, TWI employees from all around came together in Jakarta, Indonesia for an unforgettable day of bonding and adventure at the Global Employee Gathering 2024. The event was more than just a gathering; it was an opportunity for employees to strengthen relationships, build trust, and foster solidarity together.
The day kicked off with lively ice-breaking activities, designed to break down barriers and create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Laughter filled the air as colleagues got to know each other better, setting the stage for a day of camaraderie and connection.

One of the highlights of the day was the ATV ride through the scenic landscapes of ATV Adventure Indonesia. With adrenaline pumping and spirits high, employees embarked on an exhilarating journey, navigating rugged terrain, and taking in breathtaking views. The experience not only provided an adrenaline rush, but also served as a metaphor for the journey ahead, as employees tackled challenges together and forged ahead as a united team.
